Charleston Paddleboard Rentals

Have you seen them in videos and on TV just leisurely paddling and enjoying a sunny day while standing up and a large surf board? Have you always wanted to try it but not sure if renting and going it alone is wise?
Our guided Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) tours in Charleston/Mount Pleasant SC might be just the ticket. Our trained SUP guides are knowledgeable about the area to provide a great learning experience but are also very patient and will make sure you get the basics down and will adjust the pace of the tour to accommodate everyone.

While we try to see as much as possible of the tidal salt marsh of Shem Creek and the waters surrounding Crab Bank Island. Conditions dictate where we go. This is done to ensure safety and as pleasurable of an experience as possible.

While 3 hour tours are possible, our most popular and recommended SUP tours are 2 hours. This time duration, with a guide means you will be more confident on the board and cover more water than you might if you just rented. The perspective one gets from SUP is amazing. You can see into the water easier than in a kayak which means you can spot stingrays, fish and other wildlife quicker. Dolphins are often seen on Shem Creek and they seem to love breaching next to groups of paddleboards so close you could touch them, but don't.
